FAQ

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

I'm based in Northern Kentucky, but I love to travel! All sessions 1 hour or less from my home are covered in your cost. If I have to travel more than 1 hour, I do charge a fee per mile.

How many pictures will I receive in my wedding gallery?

For a wedding, you will receive between 500 to 1,000 digital, edited images depending on which package you chose for your day (a 6 hour wedding gallery will have less photos than a 10 hour wedding gallery). I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's what sets West & Pine Photography apart from other photographers.

What do you help me with before my wedding day?

I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I'll send you a questionnaire and plan your schedule to help you and your other vendors organize your day. On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique, so the more planning before the big day, the better!

How long does it take to recieve the photos after our wedding and how will those be delivered?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story).

Is there a deposit? How do I pay the deposit and remaining balance?

All wedding packages require a non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. You will pay this via a card using the secure invoicing system on my website. Its easy! The deposit amount does come off of the total package amount. You have up until 1 week before your wedding to pay the remaining balance. You can pay via credit card, cash or check.

Do you bring backup equipment?

Absolutely! I wouldn't consider myself a professional if I didn't. I always come prepared with multiple professional SONY camera bodies, a variety of lenses, several flashes, along with extra batteries and memory cards. While equipment issues are rare, your wedding day is too important to leave anything to chance. Having backup gear on hand means that if something unexpected were to happen, I can continue documenting your day seamlessly without missing a moment.
